Google Negotiates with Digg for Acquisition

The news was published by Techcrunch today saying that Google is in final negotiations to acquire Digg. The acquisition value was somewhere around $200 Million. The first negotiation occurred on May but Digg CEO Jay Endelson denied it.
Techcrunch also mentioned that Google and Digg are in final negotiation although it will take couple of weeks to complete. And Google will likely to bring Digg under the Google News umbrella.
