Microsoft Reorganizes Windows and Online Business Platform

Microsoft announced reorganization of their Windows and Online Business on July 23. The Platform Service Division will be divided into two groups: Windows/Windows Live and Online Services and both reporting directly to Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

Microsoft also announced that the PSD President  Kevin Johnson will leave the company. Three Senior VP: Steven Sinofsky, Jon DeVaan and Bill Veghte will report to Steve Ballmer to lead Windows/Windows Live. And for the Online Business, Microsoft will search for the candidate.
