Observing the new Palm Treo 800w

Introduced last week the latest series of Palm Treo 800w is expected to raise the Palm prestige in handheld community. Unsparingly Palm put various of latest pda phone features such GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. Palm event said that this could be the best Treo ever. And one of the good thing is this handheld is already come with the latest Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional Edition.
Palm Treo 800w use similar design with previous version Treo 750 with a little modifications. There are few new buttons added like One-touch shortcut to Wi-Fi, One-touch shortcut to Calendar and One-touch shortcut to email inbox. It also use a new 320×320 color touchscreen.
For connection it is equipped with Qualcomm MSM6800A chipset supporting EvDo Rev A and mobile receive diversity which can provide fast wireless broadband (3G) internet service. Together with built-in GPS including maps and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, 802.1x Palm Treo 800w gives you the confidence to get where you’re going and wireless connectivity options. However it still use some old features like 2.0 megapixel camera, 65K colors screen and no support for video call.
Currently Treo 800w is available with a very affordable price tag of $249 with 2 years service agreement in Sprint store or online at www.sprint.com. You can also get it from Palm website.
