Samsung Unveils the 8-megapixel Camera Phone Innov8

Samsung announced the first 8-megapixel camera phone. This ultimate mobile entertaining phones called Samsung Innov8. Geesung Choi the President of Samsung Telecommunication Business expected that Samsung Innov8 would bring a revolutionary milestone for Samsung for opening a new era of mobile multimedia.

Samsung Innov8 features the mobile phone photography and multimedia. With 8-megapixel camera including the latest imaging applications such as smile shot, blink shot and face recognition and 2.8″ crystal clear color LCD it will give the best photography, video and gaming experience for the users. Samsung Innov8 is available in 8GB and 16GB flash memory including 2 pre-embedded world’s famous games Asphalt and Fifa 08. If it’s not enough there is an expansion memory slot upto 16GB.

Besides the multimedia capabilities this Symbian OS V9.3, S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack2 based handset also offers users a PC-like browsing experience with an optical mouse and 4-way navigation key supported by both with HSDPA highspeed internet and WiFi connection. Finally the built-in GPS technology will give you a navigation and geo-tagging service from anywhere.

Samsung Innov8 will be available in the global market from August 2008 starting from Europe and will be followed by other markets during September.
